    SFC (Ret) Randy Allen Richards, 63, of Richland, died Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2019, in Cox Medical Center South of Springfield. He is survived by his wife Melody A. Richards, of Richland; two children, Torey Gulledge (Josh), of Rolla and RJ Richards (Melissa), of Lebanon; four grandchildren, Char Mann (Nick), of Waynesville; Devin Gulledge (Ciara), of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and Abby and Dessy Richards, both of Lebanon; one great-grandchild, Bentley Gulledge; one brother, Ronnie Richards (Cathy), of Raleigh, N.C.; two sisters, Renia Ricks, of Constable, N.Y. and Kelly Miller, of Malone, N.Y.; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
